Refund & Cancellation Policy

Token Pack Purchases
Token packs are one-time purchases. Unused tokens are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided none of the tokens from that pack have been consumed. Once tokens have been used (for battle simulations, scenario generation, or force generation), the purchase is considered final.
If a refund is issued, any tokens credited from that purchase will be removed from your account balance.
Subscription Plans
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the "Manage Billing" button on your billing page, which opens the Stripe Customer Portal. When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for subsequent periods
- Token balances and generated content remain accessible
We do not offer partial refunds for the current billing period of a subscription.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@battleboard.io with your account email and the purchase you'd like refunded. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Chargebacks
If a chargeback is initiated with your bank or card issuer, we will automatically remove the equivalent tokens from your account. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve any issues directly.
Exceptions
If the Service experiences significant downtime or a technical issue prevents you from using purchased tokens, we will offer a credit or refund at our discretion. Contact us and we'll make it right.
