Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, and a hashed version of your password. We never store plain-text passwords.

Payment information: Payment details are processed and stored by Stripe. We do not have access to your full card number. We store a Stripe Customer ID linked to your account for billing purposes.

Game data: We store your battle history, generated scenarios, and token balance to provide the Service.

Technical data: We may collect IP addresses, browser type, and usage patterns for security (rate limiting, fraud prevention) and service improvement.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Service
• To process payments and manage your token balance
• To send transactional emails (verification, password reset, purchase receipts)
• To prevent fraud and abuse
• To improve the Service

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored using Backboard.io, a cloud-based storage service. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Stripe: For payment processing
• Cloudflare: For DDoS protection and content delivery
• Backboard.io: For data storage
• Email provider: For transactional emails

5. Cookies

We use cookies for:

• Authentication: A session cookie to keep you logged in (essential)
• Preferences: localStorage for theme and audio settings (not transmitted to our servers)
• Security: Cloudflare Turnstile cookies for bot protection

We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and associated data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent for non-essential data processing
